By purchasing from Seaway Wholesale, you agree to the following return terms and conditions.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase for items that are unused, unopened, and in original condition.
Any return request submitted after 30 days will be automatically denied, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

2. Return Process & Authorization

Returns must be submitted through the approved channels:

  • At delivery: Returns may be handed to the driver on the same day only.
  • After delivery: Returns must be coordinated through your assigned sales representative.
  • If no representative is assigned: Customers must contact Customer Service at 216-361-5757.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

3. Refund Policy

All approved returns are issued strictly as store credit.
Cash refunds, credit card refunds, or exchanges are not permitted under any circumstances.
Store credit is non-transferable and may be subject to internal expiration policies.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following returns will be automatically rejected:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Slow-moving or unsold inventory
  • Overstock purchases
  • Promotional or clearance items (if applicable)

5. Fees, Penalties & Abuse Policy

Seaway Wholesale reserves the right to apply a minimum $100 restocking fee for:

  • Large-volume returns
  • Full-order returns
  • Returns submitted without a valid business reason

Pickup orders not collected within the agreed timeframe may be subject to restocking and handling fees.
Repeated failure to collect pickup orders (more than two occurrences) may result in suspension or permanent removal of pickup privileges.
Seaway reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate return privileges in cases of excessive or abusive return behavior.

6. Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in original, sealed packaging.

Items returned with opened, damaged, or altered packaging may be:

  • Rejected entirely, or
  • Approved at no more than 50% store credit, at Seaway’s sole discretion.

7. Inspection & Final Authority

All returned merchandise is subject to inspection upon receipt.

Seaway Wholesale retains sole and absolute discretion to:

  • Approve or deny any return
  • Adjust the credited amount
  • Determine item condition and eligibility

8. Expiration Policy

Expired items are eligible for return only if they were expired at the time of sale.
Products purchased within 30 days prior to expiration are final sale and not eligible for return.

9. Limitation of Liability

Seaway Wholesale shall not be held liable for any:

  • Loss of sales
  • Loss of profit
  • Indirect or consequential damages  arising from product purchases, delays, or return denials.

10. Policy Enforcement

Seaway Wholesale reserves the right to modify, update, or enforce this policy at any time without prior notice.
Continued business with Seaway constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
